Penny Diagnostics works like this. You purchase the Penny Diagnostics service and select the shipping method. Once you select the shipping method, you either send us your Device or if you purchased send a box, we will mail you a shipping box with a return shipping label. You then mail us your iPhone. Once received, we will troubleshoot and diagnose your Device's problem. We will then contact you to let you know what parts you need to get your Device up and running. If you approve the quote, we will repair your Device. If you do not want us to proceed with the repair, we then will mail your Device back to you. That's it. A penny plus shipping is all you pay for this service. If you are sending in an iPad, you will get charged an extra $7.98 for shipping. NOTE: If you are an international customer and you choose the option "Send me a box and shipping label back!" you will get a surcharge of $35.00 for shipping. (we will send you a box via express mail and you will send it back to us via express mail)
